In the early ’60s, Robert Sr. perfected a one-of-a-kind honey-sweetened bologna recipe—infused with natural honey to create a distinctive, rich flavor and a moist, tender texture that set it apart from any other in the region. This bologna became a true local treasure, beloved for its unique taste that reflects the heart and soul of South Central Pennsylvania.
